The Fragrance Workshop

Fragrance Workshop at The Antonina Leśniewska Museum of Pharmacy – Wednesdays from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.! You will create fragrances based on natural essential oils.

Fragrance is one of the “exhibits” at The Antonina Leśniewska Museum of Pharmacy. Old pharmacies were filled with the scent of dried herbs, roots, resins, and essential oils used to make medicines. Surrounded by antique furniture, dishes, and pharmacy tools, you will create your own fragrance composition and learn about the healing properties of plants used in old pharmaceutical recipes.

The Fragrance Workshop at The Museum of Pharmacy in Warsaw’s Old Town is an original idea for a date, a meeting with a friend, or spending time with your family. It is also a great way to relax and unwind through manual work, which allows you to create something personal and unique.

Rules of participation:

The number of places is limited.

The workshops last 45 minutes. Last admission at 4:45 p.m.

Instructor: Anna Bijałd – education specialist at the Antonina Leśniewska Museum of Pharmacy. A graduate of Herbal Medicine and Phytotherapy at the Jan and Jędrzej Śniadecki University of Technology in Bydgoszcz, her interests focus on the use of medicinal plants – both in the context of traditional methods of treatment and contemporary possibilities for utilizing their health-promoting properties.
